Official Forum Rules

Please note - All of the rules all depend upon a given staff members' discretion, if you disagree with their decision, please contact a member of management through feedback here.

 

General Rules

1) Spamming - Continuously and uselessly sending the same message, topic, reply etc to the forum users is not permitted.
2) Insulting - Directly or indirectly engaging in abusive remarks against a given person is punishable.
3) Inappropriate Content - This is including, but not limited to: Pornographic Content, Illegal Content etc. Posting any form of this is strictly prohibited.
4) Off-topic posting – You may not post replies which are not relevant to the topic or any previous comments on the topic. You must also use the appropriate category when creating topics.
5) Profanity - Using any form of vulgar, profane or otherwise offensive language, including Abbreviations of swear words is prohibited.
6) Language - English is the only language that is permitted on the forums at the current moment in-time
7) Discrimination - Any form of narrow-minded (i.e - Racist, Bigoted, Sexist) attacks on a given individual or set of individuals is strictly forbidden.
8) Impersonation - Attempting to impersonate any other community member or otherwise a given rank is not allowed. (For reference, this covers Backseat Moderation).
9) Personal Information - Revealing anyone's personal information is forbidden. This means anything that is specifically for a given person only (i.e home address etc).
10) Product promotion - Any kind of product promotion of which is not related to Plasma or its associated games in any way is not permitted on the forums. Due to the recent increase in these kinds of posts, it will result in an instant perm-ban.

In addition to the above rules, we have dedicated set of rules for a given section or feature of the forum.

Signature Rules


Blinking signatures or those of which can trigger a given medical condition are not allowed.
For reference, animated signatures are allowed but must follow the general rules, same goes for regular signatures.


Punishment


For small offences, users may be PM'd about their actions, or given a Verbal Warning. A Verbal Warning is a warning that carries no Warning Points.

1-5 Warning Points is to allow you to change your behaviour
6-8 Warning Points: Your content will be moderated
9 Warning Points: Restricted from Posting
10 Warning Points: Permanently Banned

The Moderation Manager or a Community Manager can override any punishment and can give any number of warning points at once.

These rules can change quite often and Plasma reserve the right to change them whenever necessary.

Minecraft Game Rules

General Rules:
  1. No Sexual / Inappropriate Content. This applies on all services on our Network
  2. No profanity or vulgar content/language/behavior (Profanity or vulgar content/language is not allowed. Implied profanity, such as abbreviations of swear words is not allowed. Attacking other users comes under this rule)
  3. No impersonating staff (You are not allowed to attempt to impersonate any staff members, including by name or anything else)
  4. No posting personal details of other users (You are not allowed to post any personal details about another user, including address, phone numbers, etc.)
  5. Do not spam the chat or game commands.
  6. Any form of Advertising on the Plasma Gaming Network is forbidden.
  7. Do not cause lag which can be avoided. This mainly is focused on Redstone Machines that create lag. These will be disabled and punishments will be applied.
  8. Do not attack a player or mob then instantly leave before they or you die. This also applies if you have been attacked by a player or mob. This counts as combat logging and will automatically give you a 1 day ban.

Survival Rules: (General Rules + Survival Rules)

  1. Do not place and break blocks repeatedly without reason. Every block interaction is logged and we could do without the massive database.
  2. Griefing is not permitted. We have logging systems in place, so yes we do know who's done what.
  3. If it's not yours, don't take it.
  4. If you feel a player has left (Not coming back to Plasma) and you wish to claim their land. Please file a player report against them or if you don't know the player, ask a Moderator to check when the land was last built on. It is up to Moderator Discretion as to whether you can then take that land.

Creative Rules: (General Rules + Creative Rules)

  1. Don't cause lag where it can be avoided.
  2. By default everyone gets 1 plot. You may ask for more but that is a Managers decision (Community or Game Manager)

SkyWars Rules: (General Rules + SkyWars Rules)

  1. Teaming is not allowed

BuildBattle Rules: (General Rules + BuildBattle Rules)

  1. No inappropriate Builds. Please see Rule 1 of General Rules.

Plasma Gaming & Plasma Trucking

Plasma Gaming is the parent company of Plasma Trucking. Plasma Trucking is a division of our wider gaming community, with the largest percentage of our user-base. All user accounts join Plasma Gaming, which then in turn gives access to the Plasma Trucking user portal.

 

Multi VTC Rule

You cannot “multi-VTC” – This means being in more than one VTC, other than Plasma Trucking. If you are found to be in another VTC, you will be suspended from Plasma Trucking following an investigation. If you refuse to leave the other VTC, you will be removed from Plasma Trucking, and blacklisted from applying in the future.

 

Joining/Leaving Plasma Trucking

Applicants must be over 13 and have no more than 3 active bans on the TruckersMP network to join. Applicants must not already be part of a VTC.

 

Should you wish to leave the VTC, we request that you talk to us first. By talking to us first, we may be able to resolve any issues you may have. We are always wanting to hear your suggestions! Failing to notify us of leaving the VTC may result in your account being blacklisted from re-applying to the VTC. Leaving the Discord without notice will also count as leaving Plasma Trucking.

 

Game Rules

Your player tag must always be set to “Plasma Trucking” – This must be in a red colour. The VTC skin is the ‘Sade’ skin in ETS2, with the two upper and lower colours in black, and the middle line is a red colour. The VTC skin is optional during normal gameplay, however, must be in-use for official events. Should this skin not be possible (e.g. too low level), please don’t worry, we’re not strict on this!

 

All drivers must follow TruckersMP rules. Bans are checked by Plasma Gaming staff and we will follow this up if found.

 

Please remember you are representing Plasma Trucking. Always think, “would I do this if an admin was watching?”. Please do not bring disrepute or a bad reputation to our community, we are known for being a friendly and well-respected community, we wish to keep it this way!

 

Job Logging

We do not have job quotas; however, we do ask that you don’t take advantage of this leniency. If you show you’re not inactive, we’re happy!

 

Data Protection

As we are also a gaming community, your Plasma Gaming account is for the gaming community. Your account will be able to access the VTC for the duration of your time in the VTC. Therefore, we do NOT delete accounts for Plasma Trucking. To request a Plasma Gaming account deletion (Plasma Trucking’s parent company), please write into our Support team.
